Some Facts
Cockroaches are an amazing group animals, some of which make great pets.
World wide there are about 4 000 species.
Only about 25 to 30 ( or less than 1% ) have any form of pest status at all.
The People
The Blatodea Culture Group is a unique organisation of people. It was formed in 1986 and aims to promote the study and culture of cockroaches on a world wide basis. They produce a regular newsletter containing species reports and other related articles, as well as maintaining a policy of free distribution of excess livestock between members.
