Minivets (genus Pericrocotus)

The minivets (genus Pericrocotus) are part of the cuckoo-shrike family Campephagidae and inhabit the forests of southern and eastern Asia.

Description

Minivets are fairly small, slender birds with long tails and an erect posture. Most species have bright red or yellow markings.
